This Dr. Seuss themed cake was for my sons 1st birthday. The cake was just for decoration so it was made with fondant covered styrofoam. The chocolate cupcakes were iced with buttercream frosting and adorned with pieces of cutout fondant. Each cupcake represented different characters or books by Dr. Seuss. Including, The ABC book, The 123 book, Cat in the Hat, Sneetches, The Lorax, Green Eggs and Ham, and Horton Heres a Who. Happy Birthday Elam!
