This is one of the first cakes we did out of fondant icing. It was for a friends birthday who is an avid wine connoisseur. The bread and cheese was made with white cake with buttercream filling, and then covered with fondant. The wine bottle was made with rice krispie treats and the grapes and mice were made from fondant.
